cot 115 degees is equivalent to

- tan65 degrees

cot 115= cot (180-65)

this is in the second quadrant where tan is negative
cot (180-65)= -tan(65)

is you have a calculator that has sin, cos, tan (but it probobly does not have csc, sec, and cot), you can type in cot as 1/tan (and the same way with csc and sec)
