Well, Superman, of course. Batman, while cool and all, does not realy have super powers. Superman could melt Batman's utility belt with his heat vision, and the fight is over. Unless Batman carries Kryptonite with him ... and why would he do that?

Superman cause he is not human, Batman is a superhero with really cool gadgets but no superpowers. But that being said I Love BATMAN tons more than Superman!

Superman has greater powers but Batman could negate them or use pyschological tactics to mess with Superman's mind.

I thought they were lovers. Check the cover of any Justice league comic. They're always pressing their buttocks up against one another, or making manly fisting gestures.
So, by this assumption, if they were to fight it would be over some trivial thing that superbly human Batman would of done. Perhaps he forgot to take the garbage out or remove his shoes in the good room.
Whatever the cause for fighting they would have it out good and proper, then have super terrific make up sex followed by a nice cuddle under their capes. Lovely.

Batman always carry around Kryptonite in case of emergencies. so the clear winner is Batman.
I wonder if there is a Kryptonite man, that would be so cool.
