What time is TRL on air at MTV in USA??

I would like to know what's been on the show, because I see it in my country something like two months late!:)

It airs weekdays at 3:30 p.m. Eastern and Pacific time.

TRL comes on at 3:30 on weekdays and most of the time they don't have a show on fridays. I'm not sure if they are showing it this week.
