Information databases (like personal information on people) are compiled by companies at large expense, using a lot of people over a long time.
The databases are maintained on secure servers that cost tens of thousands of dollars.
The information in the databases is queried and formed into reports, and the queries are transmitted via the company's commercial website, usually in a high-demand environment.
The revenue generated for all of those queries is added to the company's bottom line, allowing them to pay for the servers, employees, advertising, web presence, and doughnuts in the coffee room.
The answer to your question is this: you can have accurate, or you can have free. You can't have both.

There are no free ones that I know of. If you want to pay about $50.00 you can contact Intellius. However you have to temper their information with GOOD judgement because they are only collecting PUBLIC information and gathering it together. Don't regard it as gospel, but it is useful.
