do you mean night time leg cramps? eat foods rich in potassium and stay hydrated. try drinking a shot of tonic water once a day. it contains quinine which really helps with the cramps.

Might want to check with your MD.
The quick fix for the occasional cramps is a tablespoon of plain old mustard. It works I have used it.
Cramps are also a sign of dehydration you might want to increase your water intake. None of us drink enough water and no soda does not count it hurts.

Sounds like a Potassium deficiency right off hand. Try eating a banana or yogurt daily. See if that helps. If not, go see your doctor.

Keep well hydrated, drink a glass of water before bed if you can. It's also said that foods high in potassium & calcium can help prevent them

eating bananas, staying hydrated - all good solutions... but what really works for me is half a cup of pickle juice before exercise. I thought it was weird when they recommended that, but it works great...
