I like Nicodemus and the nickname Nick. But naming your son and then choosing to call him by his second name is going to cause him huge problems in later life with official idenitfication. Name him Nicodemus George or just call him George if you want to keep George Nicodemus.

Not too crazy about the "George" but Nicodemus is a great name. I also love the name Nick for a boy.

Nicodemus is heavy. Also if he going to be called by his middle name...why not just give it as his first...will cause less problems for him down the road.
Nicholas George...or Nicolas George. Then Nick would fit great.
Congrats on the baby!

George Nicodemus is a heavy name for a kid to bear. Nicolas is nice. Call him Nick for short.

My brother's name is Nicholas Ray and we call him Nicodemus as a nick name. I would use Nicholas instead of Nicodemus. and call him Nick.

Nicodemus was the name of one of the rats in the children's movie "The Secrete of Nymph". You will be setting him up for early childhood torment going with that name once his peers find out. Nicklaus, Nickolaus, Nick and Nico are all better choices.

Someone in your family must have a Greek origin. Actually, the proper anglicized spelling would be Nicodemos, which means something like Winner of the people. By the way, in Bulgarian, the same name would be spelled Nikodim (pronounced Nick-oh-dim). It's fairly popular in the upper middle class.
