Well, if you want to convert it to Degrees, Minutes and Seconds, you take the .41 portion and multiply it by 60, giving you 24.6. You then take the .6 section of that and multiply it by 60, giving you 36.
So, 58.41 degrees works out to 58 degress, 24 minutes, 36 seconds...
