Celtic... I do not like horror flicks and the interview with a vampire is the only film of that genre that I really enjoyed. So maybe you should get a life rather than making assumptions about someone you have never met and do not know.

I have read all of the Anne Rice vampire chronicles more than once and think they are the best series of books I have read.

Absolutely! Ina heart beat. The interesting thing though would be to find out which story or legend got it right. They're all so different. I happen to be a huge fan of Louis and Claudia and Pandora.
I also don't agree with the comment that vampires are dead. They aren't human, so you can't judge them by human standards - it's as simple as that! Vampires are a completely different creature, and yes, they are alive!

but to let you know, if your only Experience with Lestat is the film Interview with the Vampire.
do yourself a favour and read Anne Rice's Novel Lestat, which gives you the background of him, its that book they should have made into the film

I'd rather not, cause
1. I would rather not burn away to dust when the sunlight touches me.
2. I would rather not be burned when I am touched by "HOLY WATER"
3. I would quickly discover other vampires dislike me, and proceed to hunt me down.
4. I wouldn't live forever, because I think people would start hunting me, and I don't think I could avoid a hundred government agents.

Only if I could decide to give it up without being burned to a crisp in the sun. The cross and garlic stuff is rubbish. I knew a guy from Transylvania, his name was Valentine and he had beautiful eyes and very pointy eyeteeth......I kid you not..and he was really tall....when he flew in through the window, he was wearing a silver cruxifix and as he nuzzled my neck, I caught a light scent of garlic.........it's all true, honest, well up until he flew thru the window

I really like the idea for looking like now forever, no surgery, no botox, no needles. But it's sad, u can´t go to the beach, and your boy/girl should be a vampire too or u can see him/her old, and after die.

seriously though, NO! i am a veggie, so thats kinda gross to me, but also if you lived forever life would be boring. Death is but the next great adventure...

no because vampires are sacry and they suck blood and blood is disgusting ewww, but i wouldnt mind living forever aslong as i didnt look very old and i didnt go mental.
