Yupp !!! I think you won't believe this, but we had to wait about 2 hours at TGI's FRIDAy....the restaurant was packed with hungry customers, almost everyone had to wait just because the chef came in late and every waiter were totally stressed out. Then after 1 hour and 30 minutes that flew by , my dad start getting mad and rushed to the manager's office and started arguing with the "co-manager". Well then the manager gave us like a V.I.P pass and when the chef arrived my family's order was the first the chef had to cook , like I said we had a V.I.P pass. But we had to wait for another 30 minutes and that is how it got for 2 hours to get a freaking meal !!!

2 and a half hours...we sat in a restaurant..it took an hour to get coffee and a glass of water..the coffee was cold..and the water was room temp.

We complained..it was the 2nd time I ever did..and we got the meal free....

we found out that 3 waitresses were sick, the cook called in with car trouble..so the manager was cooking and there were 2 waitresses covering 60 tables and take out....no wonder why business was slow....

We gave our waitress a big tip after we got a free meal!

Yes I waited for 45 min. The waitress forgot to bring my food. She kept on saying she was sorry and i was like okay fine. So she went to kitchen and brought out the food I ordered but cold. That really ticked me off. I complained to the manager and didn't have to pay.

I don't remember the exact wait-time, but I remember saying to the waiter when he finally brought the meal, "My, how you've grown!".

Unless I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time I don't complain. The restaurant business is brutal and we're all only human.

About 30 minutes, and no, I didn't complain, but the server got a crappy tip ($2 for a $40 dinner) because the food arrived cold.....turns out she'd been out back having a smoke or two....

An hour, and of course, I complained and I got the dinner for free but I still never returned to the same place again.

45 minutes. It was on my honeymoon at a Denny's in Dallas, TX. I didn't have a chance to complain - my new husband "nutted up" and acted a fool in that restaurant. And I have never step foot in a Dennys since.

I had to wait for my order , 25 minutes. And yes, I complained. I asked for the manger, and he came and apologized, personally, for the delay of my order .

I think once we waited for twenty minutes, then decided to just leave.

We were in Western North Carolina, in a little restaurant popular for its breakfasts. Sunday morning, after church time.
