Can someone who is good with this problem let me ask them on yahoo messenger or whatever u got becuase yahoo answers sucks with responding
heres my question

It doesn't record my mic I'm thinking because i have to change the setting to tell it what is my MIC but i don't know how I have the audio settings set to my sound card but shouldent it switch to the mic when i change from out to mic? oh and my MIC is a USB connection and I dont have the mic selected in the mixer options under record because I want to be able to switch back and forth fast by just selecting mic and output under the record options using my sound card I want my soundcard selected and be able to swtich back and froth when I click mic and the mono out option......

To test your Mic, go to: Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder.
If it works there, in Yahoo Messenger, edit the audio settings to use the USB mic.
