For most disciplines it isThe University of London. For many fields in the Social Sciences it is the London School of Economics. For an MBA, it is LBS (London Business School).

I'm still chuckling over those who think that Cambridge and Oxford are in London.

Oh -- if you mean London, Ontario -- then the best school is University of Western Ontario.
