a friend of mine told me that the reason the easter bunny hide's the eggs was to keep his bunny friends from finding out he has sex with chickens is that true or false?

He lied to you, of course. The easter bunny represents an ancient spring goddess, Eastre, and the eggs are her gift to mankind - the symbolism of eggs is ancient and spread all over the world - they represent the universe, rebirth and eternal life among others. The eggs are not actually hidden, but given, and like any such divine gift people have to look for it and prove worthy of it. Next time your friend explains something to you it would be better to check it in a library. You may also try to differentiate between a genitive, a short form and a plural.
