What are the top most safest cities in the U.S. from natural and/or man-made disasters such as terrorism, floods, earthquakes, hurricanes etc....

ha ha, honestly, there really isn't one. The only safe place in the US would be an outlying territory such as Puerto Rico or Guam, even though these places experience natural disasters, they have little pollution and beautiful oceanfront property. Other than that, i would agree with Phoenix, or anywhere in the desert as not much goes on there.

Kansas City, Springfield MO, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, San Antonio, Indianapolis, Nashville, Atlanta, Milewakee, Detroit
None of these cities are subject to hurricanes, flooding, or earthquakes, and I don't think they would be a terrorist target. A few may experience drought and wildfires, a few others may have extreme cold in winter, but those things are pretty ordinary.

Well, I live in Phoenix, and we never get natural disasters. The closest thing I can think of is if you don't have enough water, you could die of dehydration or a heat stroke.
We have a bit of a polution problem, and high numbers of traffic accidents, but beyond that, Phoenix is pretty safe.
