Yes,His name is Bubba. He's getting old, tho. You can see that he has many cracks in him and is growing some kind of green moss on him.But heck,he's the best darn pet rock that I have.I'm a caregiver to him now.

I brush his green fur,add lotion to his cracks, bathe him, dress him up in his fave outfit(a small tie & top hat) and when we go out,I have to have him protected.I put a small dab of sunscreen on him and place a pair of sunglasses on him.

Yea..he's an old rock..*sigh* but I keep him company by talking to him & letting him know that soon it will be his time to go into the great rocky pearly white gates....

He's a good rock. He's a nice rock. He's my rock & no one can take him away.Bubba is a friendly rock and he only has a short time left on this planet,so when the time comes,I will bury him beneath his other friends & the dirt,so he will once again feel no pain...

But until that time comes..I will love my rock and take care of him until the day his shell gives out.

Yes, and it says 'Inspiration' on it. When I am trying to work on my book and am having a difficult time staying focused I pick my pet rock up and hold it and rub it like a genies lamp to get that inspiration.

No. I think pet rocks are probably the stupidest idea ever to be thought up.

I used to when I was around 13. I used to take it to class with me. .His name was Herman. I painted him red and gave him a face... He was awesome, I even made him a leash. Although he was not a good walker.. I also had a pet Elephant toy that I named Ellafont-a.. He was great....
My friend had a pet Tampon... She carried it around in school.. Until the teacher made her throw it away.. But that was a big hit also.....

I don't but my daughter has quite a substantial collection - enough to cover an average beach..

Just wondering what is the best way to get rid of them without her throwing a major tantrum.
