I have never seen anyone do that, but I don't know where your from, so... In my neighborhood most people don't really even have porches, most of them don't. It's all apartments and houses right next to the garage with just a walkway to the door.

Well if I didn't have a job and it was nice outside I would sit on my porch all day. I like sitting outside and drinking my coffee. Just watching the world go by. Sounds boring to some but to others it's actually kind of relaxing. Just feels good to do nothing somtimes. :D
