I went to the chiropracter up until I was five months pregnant -- they can put you in different positions to accommodate your growing belly. It's important let them know that you are pregnant, though.
I think filling cavities would be more important than letting your teeth go -- an infected tooth could give you a bad infection, and a lot of misery! Neither is good for your unborn child. If you need x-rays, they can put an apron over your tummy. But they'd probably let you skip the x-rays until after you give birth.
Congratulations! It's best to take care of your medical problems NOW than later. Just let them know that you are pregnant.

i dont know about getting cavities filled cause i have never had cavities but you can go to a chiropractor for as long as you want the full 9 months if so

Yes to the chiropractor, as for getting fillings, your dentist will want a "clean bill of health" consent from your OB, basically they will want call your ob first to make sure the novicaine is ok to administer etc...

Yes and Yes. Just inform the doctors that you are pregnant. They treat pregnant women all the time and take the appropriate precautions to protect your unborn baby.
