When Al Sharpton & Jackson apologize for what they said about the Duke players than I will know they care about racism.
Until then they are bigots.

He will as soon as he apologizes to Pagones in the Tawana Brawley case. Oops, he has to do more than apologize, he has to pay a judgment. Seems his unending slander of Mr. Pagones, in that trumped up case a over a decade ago led to a court judgment which he hasn't paid, isn't remorseful for, has never even apologized for, in fact, if he was hired by anyone they should have fired him too, a long time ago.
For that matter, Jacksons "Hymie town" remark should have had him removed from public sight when it comes to speaking rashly and hurtfully.
Is it any wonder that it seems like you can insult any one at will, but the people that Sharpton and Jackson come to the defense of? I never could stand Imus, I always found him to be rude and downright nasty, his brand of humor isn't mine, what he said was wrong, but I draw the line at interfering that way with a persons ability to make a living. If he had no support among the people who listened to his show, let them turn it off. Then fire him. But not because Sharpton and his ilk don't like him, because the American people had finally shown some class.

The whole media should apologize for even having Sharpton or Jackson appear on TV or be quoted in print. Jackson is a minister with no church, and a politician that has never been elected, and uses extortion extensively if he doesn't get his way. Then you have Sharpton that incites riots in NYC, the Tawana Brawley and Duke lacrosse caper, plus anything else he deems appropriate to hate.

I think he should apologize and be fired! Mr. Sharpton creates racial hate among people. What Mr. Imus said was certainly not nice but as an American he has a right to say it. I am sure that the team in which it was said really didnt give a crap either way. They are strong Black Woman that accomplished something do you think by someone saying something they lost anything?

Both Sharpton and Jackson have so much to apologize for but it won't happen. The media loves to feature these two as the "face" of the black people when actually they have done more to deface their efforts. They are bigoted hypocrites but you won't see the liberal media pull up montages of their racial slurs anytime soon. They always get a free pass.

I agree totally with Mr. Wise.
Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson
are famous for stirring up trouble. When I see either on TV; I will shut it off because I know that they have nothing of importance to say.
The black people started using the "ho" word......
just AX 'em. :-)
