For the answers that think a title is not earnt. Please read books and learn about the title of Sir. if you wish to be left wing, please know what you are talking about. You are the reason way the res flag did not fly and never will.

No ettiquette dictates that minor peerages do not place them as titles on anything as vulgar as a credit card, however the ultimate title on such a card would be a single word identification... i.e. Duke of Somerset ,
would be
Somerset.
Lord Kitchener would become simply
Kitchener

You can adopt the forename Sir by deed pole for chat up purposes..

This question of postnominal letters on credit cards was raised a few years with The Times's manners guru, John Morgan. He said no, it is ostentatious, but a title preceding your name might be different. One of my cards has 'Dr' on it, so I can't criticise someone who puts 'Sir', but maybe etiquette would say I was wrong, too.

No, that would be vulgar. However, if it's a title you have earned, like Dr, that would be different.

I don't think you can - my credit cards don't even have "Mr." on them, let along "Sir _______, KBE".
