is it wierd to get high off of anger?

Like when i feel angry i feel this what can only be described as a high. Like i feel livid so i feel alive .Why is this and is it extremely wierd?

hurting ppl doesnt make me feel good but like when i feel anger toward someone i feel alive.

Anger is supposed to motivate us.

You are probably getting high on adrenaline which are released whenever you are angry (flight or fight mode)...

ask the people who are running the media. it appears hating, hurting and haunting people makes them even bigger and stronger.
