Because they have competing subject matter and time slots, let's have a little Scrubs VS Grays Anatomy battle. I for one will be a loyal Scrubs viewer till I take my last breath. It seems much smarter and more entertaining to me then the alternative.

There really isn't much of a comparison to do between these two shows other than they are both set in hospitals.
Grey's Anatomy is a drama and Scrubs is a comedy. I like both shows, but I prefer to watch Grey's Anatomy on Thursday and I watch Scrubs reruns on the comedy channel.
I don't see how you can believe that Scrubs is smarter, the whole premise of the show is the stupidity of the characters and the screwups they make.
As for the entertainment of the shows it depends on whether you like aimless comedy or serious drama with a little comedy thrown in. I prefer Grey's.

Hello! You cannot compare these shows. Scrubs is a completely different style and purpose. Greys is like Melrose Place, but for doctors. As for ER, it's just been going for so long there is not comparison. But if you were to ask me which I would watch were all three playing at the very same time, I would have to say Greys.

It is hard to compare the two, as Scrubs is for the most part a comedy, whereas GA is a drama with some comedic elements. They delve deeper into the medical aspect of the show on GA.

I like them both.. But I like Grey's Anatomy better... Because well.. Mcdreamy is just so darn dreamy.. hahahahahaaa!!! but aside from that its funny and dramatic at the same time... And plus its thrilling to watch...
