no because some people's internets are really slow so they could find the question first, and go to answer it first, but someone with a better connection could submit their answer first. ya- and also someone could just make up a stupid answer just so they could get more points.

sure why not if we've got nothing better to do with our lives than sit at our computers and give other people advice about random questions and we do it first why not give us a bonus! i'm in total agreement.
