Since cricket is a game of uncertainties, nothing can be predicted for sure about the winners of a tournament in advance.
As it stands now Australia, South Africa, New Zeland and Sri Lanka are the main contenders for the world cup. Whichever team plays better cricket consistently from now onwards will be the ultimate winner.

I think NZL will win the world cup because they have a very good all round team. Aus has no chances of wining the world cup because they will face S.A in semi final and S.A will beat them. NZL is the best contender.
