If ur refering to India, let me tell you this..It was our selection fault that team India coudnt come to Super 8, Yes I can say that Senior players didnt play their potential cricket for example Sachin Tendulkar, Ganguly, Dravid, and Others.

I would perfer Ganguly to be removed from ODI and he should be in Test and all senoir players should be in test cricket and all young guns should be in ODI and exprimenting like Bangladesh team. So as for ur answer, We have other senior players who play their fullest, example Rahul Dravid who wont go down without a fight, Sehwag if he starts then there is no stopping for him.

If ur saying that Senior was the responsibilty for India exits in World Cup then what about Dhoni the young player, he didnt even score a double figure. I would say that all Indian players didnt had any chance to go to Super 8 cause they didnt play their best cricket in WI and they lost and there is nothing connected to senior or Junior, look at Sehwag, he blasted 113 off 85 balls. We should have players who can play to the fullest players. So Senior or Junoir doesnt matter...

I do not think that based on one or bad performance all the senior players should be removed. Rebuilding of team is a process to be implemented in phased manner and not overnight. Before removing the senior players, India should sshort list the talented youngsters who can replace the seniors.

It's not practical to remove all senior players. in my opinion we should give them a break like the one given to Saurav ganguly. This will make them understand how it feels when you don't concentrate on your game.

The second most important thing is we should device a internal point system wherein players only move to the national team above a certain level and no priority to be given on his past credentials. We can just give some additional points for that and seniority.

This way whether they do brand endorsements or whether they prefer shooting than playing will not matter much.

It will be great mistake to do so. A mix of seniors and Juniors only makes a good team. Seniors should encourage the young juniors sothat they can understand how to play responsibly. And Seniors have to make their practise intact. If you have to suggest something to juniors first seniors have to perform well then only anybody receives that. It all happens if they really have sporting spirit. Spirit to win matches for INDIA. Not to waste balls if you are approching 100 runs. Play for the country not for individual records. They should not do FIXING.

no. never. In the World Cup it is thed total mistake of the team. So its not only the mistake of th senoir players. Its both the juniors as well as the seniors mistake. There is need of new players to come in the team. So u have to develop th eabilities of new players and make them prepaer to play international cricket

No not neccesarily. But its good 4 the team if Sachin n Shewag Retire themselves. Fresh blood can offer more 2 Indian cricket at this time. No doubt they r great players of past. But Past is Past. Let us not worry abt it. I think under Dravid's captaincy a young team'll bring back Indian cricket's glory.

In fact rather than the hasty action of removal or induction of a player, senior or junior we should understand that game is a game and we should act with the sprit of game

Sachin should be removed because he palys for himself not for the team. He has never won a match for India singal handedly how can people say that he is a great palyer. He should not be the part of Indian team.
