Can I also ask what is the difference between kingdom hearts 1 and kingdom hearts 2? i have never played it before and i need some help before i by it. should i buy kingdom hearts 1 or kingdom hearts 2???

Pirates of the Caribbean is in the second game, but I advise you play the first one to begin with. It's easier and you'll understand the storyline better.
You can buy Kingdom Hearts 1 from Amazon.com, I bought a used one and it was in perfect condition (plus a little cheaper!)

The Pirates of The Carribean Level is in Kingdom Hearts II.
The difference in the games are that the first one tells you everything you need to know and takes place one year before the second. Defiantly get the first game before you get the second game or you won't understand some things, and you'll appreciate it even more. The first game explains how Riku, Kairi and Sora were seperated, the keyblade, donald and goofy and meeting all the other characters.
You might want to get kingdom hearts:com in order to understand the storyline in between Kingdom Hearts one and II. It's basically Kingdom Hearts 1 1/2.
Kingdom Hearts II is a great game, but not as good as the first one in my opinion, but is not a game to be missed. It takes place a year after Kingdom Hearts/KMH:COM and continues the story.

pirates of caribbean level is new get kingdom hearts 2 it's much better and sora looks cooler but if you want the whole sotry buy kingdom hearts 1 first beat it then get number 2 i beat 1 before 2 came out and... if you beat sepiroth in kingdom hearts 1 it's cause he's a pushover and 2 he's no pushover he kills me fast like he's a DBZ player or something i'll jump he'd warp come behind me slash me rapdily i'd fall to the ground and he would do a follow up slash OWNED repeat for 50 more times :D

They're two games in the Kingdom hearts series.
Ideally you should start by playing Kingdom hearts 1, and then play Kingdom hearts 2. Otherwise the storyline won't make sense to you at all.
Though the POTC level is in the second one.
