I am growing quickly, and often i am tired and my body aches. Is that to do with growth? Are you supposed to do less exercise during a growth spurt?

Yes, your whole body aches when you are growing. You still need to exercise and stay busy. Definately take naps

If you notice new born babies sleep all the time. You grow more the first year of your life than any other time. It's okay to take an Advil (if your not allergic) during these times, It will help ease some of the pain.

Vicente, its normal and word to the wise it gets better, I am not sure how old you are but as you get older and growth slows down you will still get tired. You need to exercise even when you are tired. A brisk walk, running in place any form of exercise will help. Take care.

Absolutely. Exercise is good for you, especially now. Just be sure to eat the right foods (and enough of them) and to get plenty of rest.
