not me....I do know that using capitol letters means shouting but when I use capitol letters for a word, it's because I am stressing that word most and yahoo answers doesn't have an avaiable option to underline that word or make it italics or bold to show that. So I hope that with that when I type it in Caps. that the asker understands that since the rest of my answer, when they read it, is not an angry answer.

I only use capitals when
1. I'm angry
2. I'm shouting at someone
3. When I'm trying to get a message across
4. To be noticed.

Possibly or maybe they cant be bothered to knock the caps lock off .

Not necessarily. Some people who aren't computer savvy don't realize that it's shouting.

lol, no CAPS is easier to read and gets the point across. i DONT considerarate rude! i feel we need an ignore button so some of us could ignore silly and pointless questions.
