The batting side should try to score maximum runs during the power plays by playing attacking shots as only 2 fielders are allowed outside the circule during the power play. They can safely play lofted shots to the areas not covered by the fielders.

The fielding side should bowls accurately and tightly without giving any room for the batsmen to play safe lofted shots.

The batting side during a power play should look to be more aggresive and should look to up the run rate as the bowling team are only allowed 2 fielders outside the circle during the power plays. The bowling team will need tight bowling and a smart captain to set the field to the bowlers strenghts to try and minimize the runs scored against them

Keep a good eye on your men, their energy and moral. Power is only good if you are in tune with it. If you are not stick to defense and build strength in their moral. Gain being in tune. Then when the opposition get too; confident surprise them with a blood thirsty and revengeful army. Nothing better than defeating a smug force.
