Chat is free. Why would anyone be interested in paying for killing time. I haven't come across a chat service where you have to pay for chat (Excluding Nude or Live Chat Girls ofcourse :P)

chat once u have entered in ur internet u can chat.. if u don't have internet connection then u should pay at any net cafe... for hours.... and start chat...
