In Wisconsin you have 12 points for a years time. So, you get a ticket it drops off in a year. I know speeding 20+ is four points for example:)

They are on your license for 4 years. It cost £20 to have each one taken off. You apply at the post office for these forms.

Depends on the offence as some have longer than the normal 3 years.
