I find no connections on my Samsung BW 225 Monitor. I think I have hooked up my speakers correctly to my CPU. I installed my monitor driver. I checked my control panel and everything is correct. What am I overlooking?

Monitor and speaker connections are totally different so new monitor can not cause your speaker defunk. Check the speaker connection again you might be using wrong slot.

Also check if volume has been in mute position.

1. does the monitor have speakers built in? Both of them being plugged in an cause misreadings.

2. Were your speakers hooked into the old monitor maybe they wont work with the new one or dierectly into the Cpu

3. (and I've done this before) is the power to the speakers on a seperate switch? Is it on? is the mute button hit on youkeyboard?

Hope this helps Good Luck and God Bless
