Because they think that by giving out a free sample trial period it will encourage the man to want to buy the products (them by marriage). Instead, the man figures "why buy the cow when you can get the milk of free".

Men dont neccessarily fall in love with the best woman for them. And women think that by doing everything and giving everything they can to their man, he will love and marry them in return.
Most men will just take everything for granted and start relationships with women who are not as nice.
Should read the book "WHY MEN LOVE BITCHES" and you'll understand it all.
