That's not true where I am, there in almost every shopping center. From a clean, quite suburb, to the dirtiest crime infested ghetto, (they only serve you through a window, no seats or table, just grab your serving of diabetes and go!). Most Asians who come to the US get a special grant so they can open there shop, and I think they don't get taxed by the federal government (not a 100% sure, but I know they get a huge advantage when they come here).

Not where I live. The restaurants I frequent aren't anywhere near a pet shop, or a dog pound for that matter. The ones I go to are in mini-malls and none of those mini-malls have pet stores in them. That's not to say there are none near pet stores here, but none of the ones I go to are.

you may think that Chinese are too cruel to pets, even dogs and cats that you consider as friends. even a little bird said "Chinese eat anything that have lives". "Gesus, is that true Chinese eat pets like dog?they must be crazy! " you may think. Right! Definitely, that's true. I am not sure whether you westerners eat cats, dogs or not. and i ever read an article regarding dogs. From that article i become aware that westerners are so good to their pets. Though we eat pets, we treats pets as friends too. it's just the issue of depth of love to pets. oh god, what i am saying ...i am nearly mixed up. anyhow i just wanna express the idea that we are not that bad as you guys think.

Well it probably has to do with the rent being cheaper as compared to other places with the amount of square feet they get, also people that spend money on pets will have more money to spend around and hopefully bank some money at the chinese restaurant.

There are 3 in this town and no pet stores. Besides, the inspectors come around every month, no chance of them getting caught with dog or cat.
