Park your car 5 miles away from home and ride your bicycle to your car. That should reduce accidents.

good point...but you'r never gonna be able to avoid the five mile radius around your house - perhaps if people parked five miles away and then got a bus to their car, they would avoid accidents?

because then they would occur with in 10miles and people would have to keep moving away 5miles so they may aswell stay where they are but avoid the roads.
