Unless we change attitude towards this issue, cities like Los Angeles, New York, and many others will literally be flood over by ocean water...The sooner we act, the better are prospects; governments should act immediately, they should all apply Kyoto protocol strictly, no matter what the cost in money and profit ! The prospects, not just in sense of floods, but also regarding other multiple consequences are catastrophic !
