I have an internet speed of 384kbps. Before, It was easy to watch a video on youtube. I mean, loading was fast. And now, it is really slow! it always stops. then, i'll wait for more minutes! It's wasting my time! I'm wondering now if the problem is with my internet connection/server or with my pc? how do I know? please help me...

The problem is almost surely with the flow of data into your PC from the Internet.
Q- How will you know this to be true?
A- Play a windows media file(one on your computer). If the video is good then your CPU and video settings are not the prob.
Sometimes it's the popularity of the video. Like that Anthology of Dance or whatever it was everyone watched 900 times.

Well, if your hardware has not changed, it stands to reason that it would be something to do with the website or even your isp. The only reason a machine's speed interferes with content from a website is after the files are loaded into memory. So, a slow machine would take a long time to play some media, but it sounds like something else.

nicely i propose if dont comprehend if that's a stressed out or on the spot connection. My only answer to this can be you've a week on the spot connection. examine the router area and the signal power. wish this facilitates except that evrything looks nice

I think it's youtube it's self. Youtube has a lot of problems. IF you can access other sites fine and quickly, it's probally youtube/

Since it was sold it has been...getting by. I think they downgraded servers to accommodate more people at less cost.

it is both, but it is especially the speed of your internet connection.
