I have fond that the sulfate of rhenium has a molecular weight of 596
So a mole of that is 596g 1g =0.002205pound
596 g =1.341lbs
1pound = 1/1.341 =0.763 mole
and 910^7 lbs= 9 10^7 *0.763 mole =6.87 10^7mole
and in number of molecules=6.8710^7=6.021023=4.13610^31molecules

So you write the formula of the dissociation of rhenium sulfate and multiply by number of sulfite ions given by one mole and have the results

You must know the formul
