Your question is like shorthand, lacking in content but still understandable! I would call it an optical illusion due the fact that your eyes relax after a certain amount of time. Like magic eye man!!!!!

Hallucinations is when your brain changes what is received by the eyes in you visual perception, usually induced by drugs and tiredness. Vertigo is a disorientating and unstable feeling usually experienced when at high places.
