I want to maintain my small garden myself in Delhi(India) but do not have basic knowledge.A local gardener cheats me with lot of money.can u help me in getting training for that.

Easy. If you plant your garden with seeds, water daily, surface water until they sprout. Once plants are established water deep (longer periods of time) every other day -- depending on your conditions.

Fertilize monthly. Keep weeds pulled. Depending on the type of plants you grow (tomatoe as an example) remove "suckers" (unwanted side sprouts)
