is there a web site online that gives notes/finger positions for them for the bagpipes?

The skirl of ye ol' pipes is music to me ears.....the link below has several tutorials.

Get an Instructor it is worth the investment. Look for a pipe band where you live on the net to find a possible Instructor. For a list of pipe bands. see www.bobdunsire.com It may be down this week for maintenance.
