You probably go into the refrigerator several times a day. You will notice any warmer temperatures. Now, having said that, there are times that your refrigerator will go into automatic defrost, this is normal. At those times, the refrigerator may seem a bit warmer, but defrost should only last around 20 minutes.
Also, if your going to change the temperature in your refrigerator, only move it one number a day (either warmer or colder). Refrigerators have a small compressor, and it will take a day to adjust to the new temperature that you set it at.
