What's this question even about? Seriously, anyone can call themselves a hacker, but not everyone is one.

Further, what's you're definition of a "hacker"? Someone who writes code, or someone who reverse-engineers a program to "crack" it (mostly so you can share it on Limewire or some other P2P client)?

I write code by the way (actually, I almost think in code. Now, THAT's a hacker!), but I don't reverse-engineer a program (but sometimes I write my own version of a program based off the functionality of another program. That's actually legal by the way...).
