Most often we think both're the same But they're not

According to Dictionary Definitions :

To be "Child-like" is: Like or befitting a child, as in innocence, trustfulness, or candor

To be "Childish" is: like or befitting a child marked by immaturity and lack of poise

I would say that I ammore child like because I have the tendency to be naive. Alot of people also think I am young for my age.
