im wondering what will happen if i touch the tip of spark plug and turn on the ignition or kick the starter to supply an electricity, will i electricuted and die or it will throw me or will i become intelligent, or gain high voltage power and can kill people.

It's not the voltage that kills, but the amps.
A spark plug won't kill you, but it might make you wish you were dead.

It is unlikely that it would kill you unless you have a heart problem or have a pacemaker. If you have a pacemaker, it could be bad! I hope your family doesn't sue me if you die, but I think it is very unlikely that a person with a normal heart would be killed by the shock of a vehicle's ignition system. I have been shocked dozens of times myself.
Vehilces vary. GM's high output ignition system has a lot more power than most. Getting shocked by that system is unpleasant.

Under certain circumstances, it could kill you - though the above is correct - amps kill. A weak heart or other conditions could allow the action you describe to cause death.
