I would like some help with a movie title, please: scifi/horror?

Hi everyone, I watched this one movie about fifteen years ago, when i was 10-11 y.o. After so many years I only remember some scenes:
1. There is a colony of aliens living in a mental institution on earth, so all aliens look like sectants or wearing hospital garb.
2. A guy finds an UZI, stands under a tree and fires it up. nothing happens, so he leaves, and a few seconds later the dead 'aliens' start to fall from the tree like leafs.
3. Guy (same?) falls off a rock. He cracks his scull and part of brain comes out. he picks it up and stuffs it back in. it keeps falling out, so he takes off his belt and wraps it around his head and goes on.
4. in the end of the movie, same guy with a chainsaw cuts a silhouette in a drywall so he can walk through with a chainsaw.
5. in the end of the movie, the whole alien ship looking like a house flying through the space.
6. aliens make some earth guy eat something, then he throws up in a bowl - aliens pass it around and drink it.

Unmistakenly, you have described several moments in director Peter Jackson's 'Bad Taste' (yes, this is the Peter Jackson who brilliantly imagined the live-action/CGI 'Lord of the Rings' series).

'Bad Taste' was Peter Jackson's first feature film, and his humble beginnings with film-making; an incideous group of aliens covertly scour the New Zealand countryside, in seach of hapless human victims, who are captured, killed and dismembered, for shipment to the alien's planet, in effort to supply their intergalactic fast-food franchise. A bumbling team of crack alien fighters attempt to thwart the alien's efforts.

I am pretty sure that the film is still available through Anchor Bay Entertainment, and you should find a good price for the film on Amazon.com.

Man! I have no idea. But like the guy in the Dirty Harry movie " I gots ta know!" sounds like a masterpiece.
