What time do you normally go to sleep and what time do you wake up?

I usually go to sleep by 11pm or 12 and wake up at 6am because i have to be at work by 8am.

go to sleep from 2-3 usually and wake up at 8:30. i'm used to it besides if i try to go to sleep early i will just roll around bed because i can't fall asleep. i'm good with 6 or less hours of sleep and don't get tired during the day.

Okay, my body says 2 am bed, rise 9 or 10. Best job I ever had was swing shift 3 to 11 pm.
Yet, alas I have a job that requires rising at 5 am and of course I never get to bed by 9 pm usually 11 or 12 which means Saturday morning coma.

I go to bed no later than 11:00 pm,and I usually get up around 7:00 am.

I go to sleep after the 11pm news or before (sometimes later), then I get up somewhere between 7am and 9am (once in a while later)!

i see you a lot and i answer your questions a lot,did you get some help with your problem did you know drinking boo,s makes you not think straight it make you depressed and do stupid things like get violent things you should go to a/a and some counselling.like anger management it helped my wife. take care dude, i go to bed at 12 and wack up at 8.00am but i got a job so i will have to wake up earlyer.

After midnight and get up several times a night(prostate) up for good 7 am.
