You can't really point to "where" the Big Bang occured because everything in our universe started inside of it. Essentially, we're still inside it. It's all around us, expanding along with everything else.

Our universe may have developed out of another, older universe. Some scientists think the natural process is for universal expansion to reach a runaway point, fragment and break into new universes. It's all very hypothetical and debatable right now. But I'm not sure you can actually say our universe is still "inside"another one.

We can't tell, since there was no "frame of reference" for 3-d space prior to the big bang. There is only one universe to the totality of everything (or with our technology, that is all we can state from observation).
