I've met people who try to hard to make people laugh. I feel sorry for them. People laugh at me all the time and most of the time all I have to do is look at them. I guess I'm just funny looking. Anyways...do you know how to make people laugh without straining yourself?

Sometimes, I can have a bit of wit and people will just laugh at some great out-of-nowhere wisecrack. Most of the time, though, people laugh at me, not my jokes (which I do try too hard to pull off sometimes).

I try to be funny sometimes, but most of the time it is natural because I am not good at pretending to be funny.

I have found that when I'm trying to be funny, I'm not (even though I think I am :P). And when I'm being myself, I make people laugh.

Naturally. When you try to hard, it shows, and you just ended up looking dumb. It's like when someone tells a joke and then has to explain why it's funny. It just loses it's memento. You either got it or you don't!

Well, they seem to think I'm a very smart and funny guy, with a quick and subtle sense of humor. But, between you and me, I usually don't do it on purpose and sometimes I don't even get the joke myself.
