Well, no not particularly. But it's kind of funny that you should ask because there is an office gal at work that loves to snap that gum. And she's pretty darn good at snapping it and snapping it loud.

Think of the way Britney Spears chews gum. If people chew it that way, I find it highly annoying and tacky.

i'm to blame of that!!!! ha ha ha... first you flatten the gum (perhaps between the roof of your mouth and tounge.. then lay it behind the front teeth, and in basic terms blow, and in a lot of circumstances it pops truly quick making noise... each so often it really is going to pop 3-4 circumstances unexpectedly.

Reminds me of that song in Chicago..'The Cell-block Tango"..one of the women shoots her hubbie for snapping his gum.
