I just read the news on cnn.com but can't find details. He was my favorite author. I sort of thought that he would live forever :(

As we traverse on our life's story, the deeper the pages we turn go as our story continues on, deep into the large book, we see and are saddend that our heroes we admired most of our lives--all fade as their own lives end.
