That is not your browser history. That's just a list of recently entered URLs.

Use something like CCleaner. Clears that, and much more.

Tools Internet options delete browsing history delete all If you have the google search bar you have to do that on its own. Click the down arrow and then click clear history

You would also need to clear your AutoComplete. It is under Tools - Internet Options - Autocomplete.
